Straaltechnologie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pinovo levert innovatieve en gepatenteerde technologie voor stofvrij zandstralen van industri\u00eble oppervlakken in ATEX zones. De gesloten staaltechnologie is veilig toe te passen in explosiegevaarlijke omgevingen. Deze nieuwe oplossing voor oppervlaktebehandeling is stofvrij, heeft een lage geluidsemissie en cre\u00ebert superieure oppervlaktekwaliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Door de gesloten technologie is hoeveelheid van rondvliegend gruis en stof sterk verminderd. De omliggende apparatuur is veilig voor schade. Hierdoor is er geen noodzaak voor barri\u00e8res, steigers, afdekkingen of opruimen. Andere werkdisciplines worden niet be\u00efnvloed, waardoor er zij aan zij gewerkt kan blijven worden. Er komt weinig lawaai vrij en doordat het apparaat niet trilt zijn er geen werkbeperkingen op de tijd van het gereedschap. Dit alles bij elkaar zorgt ervoor dat er tot 60% van de onderhoudskosten bespaard kunnen worden, zonder verlies van oppervlaktekwaliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inzet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pinovo vacu\u00fcmstralen zorgt voor een schone bewerking met dezelfde oppervlaktezuiverheid en -ruwheid als open stralen. Dit zorgt voor een permanente reparatie met dezelfde levensduur als de oorspronkelijke coating. Het stralen kan ter plaatse en verlengt de levensduur van de gestraalde materialen, net als traditioneel stralen, met 15 tot 20 jaar. De apparatuur is uitermate geschikt voor spot repairs, lasnaden en flezen. Doordat de machines een werkbereik van 50m hebben, kunnen zij ook op enkel via touw bereikbare plekken ingezet worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Pinovo gereedschappen laten een schoon en droog oppervlak achter (Sa 2\u00bd-3, van veegstralen tot 120 \u00b5m). Het oppervlak is direct na het stralen klaar om gecoat te worden. De afgeschuinde randen zorgen voor een perfecte overgang tussen de oude en de nieuwe coating. De apparatuur is zelfs geschikt voor metallisatie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Duurzaam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Door het stralingsmateriaal her te gebruiken, vind er geen uitstoot in het milieu plaats. Ook zorgt deze techniek voor minder afval en CO2-uitstoot. Dit maakt de techniek een duurzaam alternatief voor traditionele methodes.
